OYaar Cancellation and Refund Policy

OYaar aims to provide the best service experience to both merchants and customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds related to our platform’s services.
Cancellation:Merchants can cancel their OYaar subscription anytime. However,
cancellation will only stop future billing and will not result in a refund for the
current billing cycle.
Refunds:No refunds will be provided for partial usage of a subscription period.
However, in case of billing errors or duplicate charges, refunds may be issued upon
verification.
Cancellation:Purchased reminder/message credits cannot be canceled once added to
the merchant's account.
Refunds:Refunds will only be issued if there is a technical error leading to
incorrect credit deduction or failure in service delivery. Refund requests must be
raised within 7 days of the issue.
OYaar is only a platform that facilitates service reminders. We do not process or hold payments between merchants and customers.
Any cancellations or refunds related to services provided by merchants must be handled directly with the respective merchant. OYaar is not responsible for disputes regarding service delivery, cancellations, or refunds between merchants and customers.
If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from the user’s account, it will typically be refunded automatically by the payment provider within 5-7 working days.
Merchants and customers can access OYaar through our mobile app.
If a refund is not received within this period, users can contact OYaar support with transaction details for further assistance.
If a user believes an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction has occurred, they must report it to OYaar support immediately. After investigation, OYaar reserves the right to issue a refund or take necessary action.
