OYaar Shipping and Delivery Policy

OYaar is a digital platform that helps merchants send service reminders to their customers via WhatsApp and app notifications. Since we do not deal with physical goods, this policy explains how our digital services are delivered.

  1. Service Activation

  2. Once a merchant registers on OYaar and completes the required setup (including payment, if applicable), the service is activated instantly.
    Any delay due to verification or technical issues will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

  3. Delivery of Reminder Notifications

  4. WhatsApp & App Reminders: Reminders are delivered based on the schedule set by merchants.
    OYaar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services such as WhatsApp.

  5. Message Delivery Failures

  6. If a reminder fails due to reasons such as incorrect contact details, network issues, or user opt-out settings, OYaar will attempt to resend it where applicable.
    Failed messages due to incorrect merchant settings are not refundable.

  7. Access to OYaar Platform

  8. Merchants and customers can access OYaar through our mobile app.
    Any downtime due to maintenance or technical issues will be communicated in advance, except in emergency cases.
